Samantha serves as the Executive Director of Historic Homes of Runnemede, bringing more than a decade of experience in senior living, with additional expertise in human resources. She is certified through Argentum’s Executive Director program and is known for her steady leadership, strong systems thinking, and practical approach to problem-solving. Samantha’s work centers on building lasting stability for residents and staff, with particular strengths in team development, operational efficiency, and compliance. Her background spans both rural and urban healthcare settings, offering a well-rounded perspective on the evolving needs of long-term care communities. A Windsor, Vermont resident, she lives just minutes from campus with her partner and their Turkish rescue dog, Mali. Outside of work, Samantha enjoys traveling near & far, and makes the most of Vermont summers through hiking, camping, and time spent outdoors.
