John Lamirande

Jack Walczak

Executive Director

I am a 1987 graduate of Norwich University: Military College of Vermont. I completed the Administrator In Training program through Kindred Healthcare and obtained my Massachusetts state license as a Nursing Home Administrator in 2010. I also worked as Executive Director for two major assisted living and memory care communities in Massachusetts, obtaining my Executive Director Certification with the National Assisted Living Commission in 2016 and my Dementia Practitioner Certification in 2018.
I love what I do. Helping our senior population is my passion and I see this same passion with the multitudes of people I worked with and have come to know in my career in healthcare and senior living. I especially have a passion for those who are living and trying to navigate day to day with dementia related issues, especially Alzheimers disease. I want to help make the quality of their lives as best as it can be and expect the same commitment and philosophy from those who work with me.

Samuel Cohen

Culinary Director

I am very fortunate to be a part of such a great team at Seasons of Danvers. I am from Beverly, Massachusetts and I graduated from Johnson & Wales with a bachelor’s degree in Culinary Nutrition. I have been cooking professionally for 12 years, concentrating in French and Italian cuisine. My style of cooking is always evolving as I continue to learn about what people love to eat and how to cook it. Here at Seasons of Danvers it is a true honor to cook for the amazing residents. The residents deserve the best quality and service and it is my duty to make sure that is what they receive.

Tony Deacon

Maintenance Director

I have been a Maintenance Director in all memory-care assisted living for over 12 years. It is my pleasure to make sure that Seasons of Danvers is a bright and welcoming community for everyone and all maintenance around the community is completed. I love working with residents who need memory-care although it can be quite challenging, it is the most rewarding job I have ever had. In my spare time I like to bowl, play golf and spend time with my 3 grandchildren. I enjoy making people laugh and I am known to come up with funny jokes and one-liners within seconds.

Mindy Murphy

Community Relations Director

I’m new to the world of senior living but I have over 20 years of experience in the hospitality business in New Orleans and the Boston area.  I am incredibly fortunate to be working with my colleagues at Seasons of Danvers whose enormous responsibility is met with integrity, superior service and most importantly, lots of fun!   In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my daughter and watching LSU and Saints football!   Thank you for considering and for choosing Seasons of Danvers…we too are a family unto ourselves, and we welcome you with open arms!

Tricia Vardaro

Business Office Director

I have been at Seasons for 5 years, first as a cook, then as the Lead Receptionist, and now as the Business Office Director.   I can honestly say that this is the happiest place I’ve ever worked!   2 of my children also work here.  Zack is a cook and Emma is in activities!   I hope that shows how much I love working here and how much I care about the service that Seasons offers.  What brings me joy each day is interacting with our residents and getting to know their family members.  We are here to provide compassion, care, and hopefully a lot of fun to all of our residents.  Our residents deserve the best possible environment and I know that our team is committed to making that happen!
